Back and forth

I don’t follow a rigorous xxxx amount of calories a day diet I find that to be exhausting and boring I just eat whatever and how much I want - the key to any kind of bodily changes is consistency, whether thats getting fit, gaining muscle or getting fat; that being said it does get easier as your appetite increases and your capacity increases… but thats not to say somedays are just kinda off and you don’t get much more than a bowl of cereal - it doesn’t make you any lesser we’re all human

I’d recommend taking it easier on yourself and just enjoy your food you’ll eat more and have a better time, and end up fatter… if you’re struggling to gain weight for no other reason than it’s hard eating that big number you’re doing it wrong.

I know if I started off eatin as I do now 100 pounds ago I wouldn’t be having a fun time right now and I was already pretty fat haha
